Conservative Republican candidate for Senate District 12 Scott Talley today received the endorsement from Governor Nikki Haley and both former primary candidates, David McCraw and Lisa Scott.

Nikki Haley said, “Scott Talley is pro-life, he is pro-second amendment, he’s pro-business and he’s pro-taxpayer. I need someone like Scott Talley in the senate to be another fighter for me.”

David McCraw said, “Tonight, I was honored to stand beside our governor, Nikki Haley, to support Scott Talley in our quest to find a new representative for our senate district 12 for Greenville and Spartanburg. My mission is now in the hands of the voters and Scott Talley. Please vote on June 28th to bring the 8 years of embarrassment to an end.”

Nikki Haley criticized Senator Lee Bright’s record, stating, “He says one thing to voters, then does something different at the state house. No one in the Legislature feels like they can trust him because you never know what he’s going to do. It’s all about Lee. On issues from ethics to tort reform and many other things, Lee Bright was with the Democrats.”
